Bachelor of Arts - French and Anthropology, 1988 (Tufts University, Medford, MA). Professional certificates in business, online teaching, and community college instruction.
I am Professor/Librarian at San Diego City College LRC. I've worked in this district since 1999, and have been at City since 2006. As Electronic Resource Librarian, I work directly with electronic database subscriptions and remote access; wireless access; e-books; audiovisual media; chat reference service; and web site maintenance. I also select materials for the collection in the following areas: Business Studies, Business & Computer Systems, Consumer & Family Studies, Careers, Cosmetology, Dance, Languages (Foreign), and Music.
Over 20 years of experience as a professional librarian in a variety of educational environments.
