Thank You to Satellite Video Productions
The Radio-TV-Film Department at City College had a battery issue with two of its cameras. New batteries and a charger were required, but the cost was prohibitive. We reached out to the San Diego video/film production community, and Satellite Video Productions in Pacific Beach stepped up to help. Owner Tom Signaigo and General Manager Sandy Jack donated four batteries and a charger (valued at about $1500) to the department. Instead of losing the service of two of our cameras, students can now check out extra batteries and a charger. Producing professional corporate, commercial and broadcast programming since 1981, Satellite Video (http://www.satellite-inc.com) is a full-service production company with an extensive list of prestigious clients. RTVF department Chair Laura Castañeda and Chief Engineer Larry Quick want to express their profound thanks to Satellite for this generous donation.
