Records Office
Students may obtain information and submit the following petition requests to the Records Office.
- General Student Petition = Purpose: late admission, late withdrawal, code out W's over 10 years old, extra units and other related issues
- Petition for Schedule Adjustment After Deadline = Purpose: course reinstatements, change within a disciple, change of section, and change of course level within a discipline
