Knights To Play At Antelope Valley in 2nd Round Playoff


The No. 10-seeded Knights (22-7) have qualified for the postseason for the third straight season and will travel to No. 7 Antelope Valley College (23-6) on Friday, February 26 for a CCCAA Southern California second round playoff with the tip set for 7 p.m.

Charlens Named Coach of the Year; Nelson Tabbed Player of the Year


The Knights wrapped up the regular season with two road wins at Imperial Valley (86-54) and Southwestern (97-66) to finish the Pacific Coast Athletic Conference South with an undefeated 8-0 record. It is the second time in the last three seasons that the Knights have completed conference play without a loss and the conference has rewarded the team for its dominance with Coach of the Year honors for Mitch Charlens, Player of the Year honors for Taylor Nelson, and multiple All-PCAC selecions.

Knights Clinch PCAC South Title With Comeback Win Over Mesa


The Knights erased a 16-point deficit in a 94-82 comeback victory over Mesa that clinched at least a share of the PCAC South championship. It is the fifth conference title since 2004-05 when Head Coach Mitch Charlens took the helm.

Leonard Allen dominated the painted area on Wednesday night and recorded his seventh double-double of the season with 23 points and a season-high 20 rebounds in the Knights' 93-71 home victory over Cuyamaca.

Knights Rout IVC for 4th Straight Win


Freshman center Leonard Allen had 13 points, 12 rebounds, and a school record nine blocks in a 103-45 blowout home victory over Imperial Valley on Friday night. The win improved the Knights' record to 17-7 overall and 3-0 in the PCAC South.

Knights Erase 18-point 2nd Half Deficit to Get Past Miramar


The Knights avoided a second straight loss by coming back from an 18-point second half deficit to get past Miramar, 67-64. Leonard Allen led SDCC with 15 points, nine rebounds, and four blocks in the Knights' third win in the last four games.

Mattox Hits Game-Winning Jumper to Lift Knights Over MiraCosta


Sophomore guard Spencer Mattox came up big for the Knights in the final seconds on both ends of the floor as he hit the game-winning jumper, drew an offensive foul on defense, and then made an insurance free throw to give the Knights a 68-65 home win over MiraCosta on Wednesday night.

Nelson & Allen Provide 44 Points Off Bench in Knights' Win Over Grossmont


Taylor Nelson and Leonard Allen combined 44 points off the bench to help the Knights to an 88-63 home victory over Grossmont. It was the second time this season that Nelson (23 points) and Allen (21 points) each scored at least 21 points in a game.

Knights Get 2nd Place at Grossmont Tourney


The Knights were looking to win their second tournament championship of the season after making it to the title game of the Grossmont tournament against the host, but fell to the Griffins, 74-68, on Sunday evening.

Knights Win Consolation Championship at Citrus Tourney


The Knights defeated Citrus, 83-75, on Sunday afternoon to win the consolation championship at the 2015 Neil Edwards, held at Citrus College. Leonard Allen was selected to the all-tournament team after scoring 21 points, grabbing eight rebounds, and blocking three shots against Citrus.
