Brandon Lupian, who was an assistant with the women's basketball team in 2009-10, has been named the new head coach of the Knights for the 2011-12 season.
Lupian has been at San Diego City since 2007 as head coach of the men's tennis team. Since most of the men's tennis team's schedule is played after the basketball season is completed, Lupian will be coaching both teams.

The 2011 Women's Basketball Camp will be held on June 16-18 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Harry West Gymnasium on the campus of San Diego City College.
There will be a skills session at the start of each day, a short break and then a game period will follow.
The camp is for girls 16 years and older. The cost per camper is $20 for the entire three days.
