Farm stand news

The farm stand will take a summer hiatus after May 17th.
The farm stand is located just up the stairs from Seeds @ City Urban Farm in Curran Plaza and will be open each Thursday from 9:30 a.m. until 11:30a.m.
City College's urban farm is located at the junction of  14th & C St. between the Saville theater and the LRC.

our CSA will keep running over the summer!

Our weekly Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) for $20/week is offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
We have some summer CSA openings––please email Erin Rempala if you'd like to be added. Your subscription to our weekly CSA means that each Thursday you'll get a bag of local organic veggies and flowers picked that morning by City College students, AND that you'll be helping to support daily operations of Seeds @ City Urban Farm & our sustainable urban agriculture program.

To keep the CSA working properly, we have a few rules:
*We ask that you pre-pay each month in advance. Each month's payment will be due the first Thursday of the month.
Faculty and staff will also have the option to pay for their CSA via a monthly payroll deduction if you prefer that to writing a check. Please contact Erin Rempala to obtain the form and set up the deduction based on the length of subscription.

*Please pick up your CSA bag at the farm between 9:30-11 am to avoid disruption of other farm activities.

*If for some reason you need to skip a week, please email Erin Rempala erempala@sdccd.edu before 8am the day of your pick up. If you do not notify Erin prior to 8am on Thursday, there is no way that we will be able to cancel your order.

* Our CSA runs for 48 weeks a year (excluding the weeks of Thanksgiving, the last week of December, first week of January & the week of our spring break).

Orders not canceled prior to 8am via email or not picked up will still be charged to your account.
*Faculty and staff who would like their CSA bag delivered to their office will have that option for an additional $5 service fee/week.
