Comments: As of 04/2011- ***L Bldg Renovation Construction Completed in May 2009 and building occupied as of August 2009***  Post-renovation, some problem areas were identified in the building, and since 11/2010 the Campus PM's office has been working with Campus Administration and Facilities to schedule these repairs.  The roof repairs were completed in 10/2010 and the lighting fixture repairs at the lobby display boards were completed in 03/2011.  As of 04/2011- District Facilities has ordered the new clamps for the lobby display boards and they will install the new clamps once they have arrived.  A contractor completed the toilet repair work needed in both restrooms from 04/18/2011 to 04/22/2011 and now a final punch walk with the Project Inspector is pending.  A contract request for the HVAC repair work needed in the English Center has been sent to Facilities Management for approval, and as of 04/2011 it is anticipated that this repair work will begin in 05/2011.  As part of the underground piping distribution work for the Central Plant Infrastructure Project, the contractor needs to route the new hot water and chilled water lines through the L Bldg lower level "subway" corridor, then through the L Bldg basement, where the lines can be connected to the building's boiler.  This work will began on 04/11/2011 and the Campus PM's office has coordinated this work with Campus Administration to have the least amount of disruption to the campus as possible. This work is planned to continue in 2 phases until the end of 06/2011 approximately.
