As of 01/2011- Design began in July 2009 and Design has reached the 100% DD Phase. Architects and District Management met in 07/2010 to review project. Design requirements and scope have resulted in a large cost increase, and due to this increase, project budget, logistics, and project schedule are still TBD and being coordinated among design team and District Facilities Mgmt. A cost proposal including the new scope and design requirements has been approved by District Management, and they are now reviewing options to combine this project with the M Bldg Remodel Project.
