Construction Alert Description: Demolition of old Skills Center Campus (between 12th and 13th Streets and E and F Streets) began in 06/2010 and as of 12/17/2010 demolition of building is complete and contractors are now using the site as a storage and materials laydown area for the various construction projects on campus.

Comments: As of 01/2011- Site demolition and site clearing has been completed and the site is now being used for construction equipment laydown, staging, construction parking, etc. for the various City College construction projects. SWPPP Measures are in place on site and the site is routinely checked by the District SWPPP Inspector for compliance.
