CitySITE is often utilized for specialized faculty and staff development training, including SDCCD Online Learning Pathways training and self-paced online training.  CitySITE is usually scheduled by entities not related to the LRC.

SDCCD Online Learning Pathways

SDCCD Online Learning Pathways offers instructional design and training for faculty teaching online, hybrid, and web-enhanced courses. Support for faculty continues throughout the course development and delivery process. Self-Paced Online Training

  • @One Project offers self-paced training, in addition to workshops, webcasts, institutes, research, and more. Some is free, and some is fee-based.
  • 4Faculty.org is an online professional development network of resources and learning modules designed specifically for the needs of community college faculty. Teaching and learning resources are available. Create your own account online at 4Faculty.org to access the materials.
  • VTC.com (Virtual Training Center) is a repository of online videos for various software packages. See the VTC.com website for access information (a login code is needed).

Applications for conference/travel monies for faculty and staff professional development are available in the mail room (A-10).
