Pick Up of Checks on Campus

Students will only be able to pick up their checks on campus under extreme or unusual circumstances. Check pick up will be allowed for the current semester  only and then students will need to secure a valid mailing address, P.O. Box or sign up for Direct Deposit.

All financial aid checks will be available for pick up from the Accounting Office windows in A-114.

Students Awarded After the Scheduled Payment Dates

Students awarded after the scheduled payment dates listed above will have their grant checks mailed, directly deposited or available for pick up approximately one week after receiving their award letter provided they are still enrolled and eligible for payment.

Direct Loan checks will be mailed, directly deposited or available for pick up for eligible students approximately 1-2 weeks after we receive acceptance of their signed eMPN.

Dropping or Withdrawing From Classes

Students who drop or withdraw from all classes or students who do not attend a late start class and have received payment for these classes will have their eligibility re-calculated to determine if funds must be repaid. If there is an overpayment, students will be notified separately.
