Professor David Kater - Math Center Coordinator

David Kater is the dynamic head of the San Diego City College Math Center. He created the Math Center in 1994, and added new programs including one-unit refresher courses and the first self-paced online courses in the college district.

Kate Woodward - Supervisor

Kate Woodward oversees the daily operation of the Math Center.

Carlos de la Lama - Math Department Chairperson

As Math Department Chairperson, Carlos de la Lama has helped the Math Center evolve in many ways. From committee work, to equipment purchase, to solving student issues, to finding funding, Carlos plays a critical role in the ongoing success of the Math Center.
