- Complete application form and ALL necessary materials. All information must be complete and accurate.
- Return completed applications and only requested materials to the Office of Student Affairs, Room D-106, by Thursday - December 8, 2011, Noon, No Exceptions. This includes letters of recommendation and essays.
- Late and/or incomplete applications will be disqualified. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- Applicants will be notified by mail with the Scholarship Selection Committees' decisions during the third week in March 2012. Awards will be presented at the San Diego City College Annual Scholarship Awards Luncheon on Saturday, April 28, 2012.

Attendance at the Scholarship Awards Luncheon is required for release of scholarship funds. Nonattendance will, in most cases, result in forfeiture of scholarship award.
