108 Badminton

Instruction and practice in the fundamentals of the grip, strokes, footwork, court coverage and rules of play. Singles and doubles strategy, offensive and defensive positioning and tournament play will be progressively incorporated at intermediate and advanced levels. Instruction to develop the fundamental skills of throwing, catching, running, hitting, rules of play and strategy. 112 Basketball

This course emphasizes progressive instruction and practice of basic fundamentals through advanced soccer skills.
