The Spring 2005 season will be Renee Gregorio’s first year as women's badminton coach at San Diego City College. She hopes to bring in many quality players and build the team to a successful and competitive level as quickly as possible. Coach Gregorio graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Physical Education from Florida State University and went on to receive her Master’s in Physical Education from Texas A&M University. Coach Gregorio brings much experience to the job, having participated and coached at the NCAA division one level in athletics. The assistant coach, Son Nguyen ,compliments her program by bringing much experience having taught and coached badminton at the high school level in San Diego and producing some of the top ranked female players in the area.
