Valhalla High School where she played soccer for the Norsemen in
addition to running Cross Country and Track & Field. As a

San Diego County, spending her High School years with the FC
Bratz “Dream Team”.
After High School, Milburn attended Regis
University in Denver Colorado on an athletic scholarship. She
received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from Regis
while playing both Intercollegiate Soccer and Lacrosse. Milburn
made a trip to the NCAA Division II Final Four in Soccer and
served as the Lacrosse Team Captain for two years. Milburn went
on to receive her Master’s Degree in Physical Education from
Azusa Pacific University in San Diego, Calif.
Coach Milburn is a full time Professor of Health and Exercise
Science at City College, teaching a range of both lecture and
activities classes. Milburn brings much experience to SDCC,
having played soccer since the age of four and coached at
various recreational and competitive levels. In addition to her

Milburn serves as an Assistant Athletic Director and Co-Director
of the Fitness Specialist Program.
