As part of the website for San Diego City College, the Health and Exercise Science department's web section is designed to allow visitors to learn what is offered, contact our personnel, and stay informed about classes, programs and athletic teams.

You can easily return to the overall San Diego City College site by clicking on the links in the mast at the top of the page.

You also can easily move around the HES web section using the navigation bar in the left column. In addition to pages about HES, there are refers/links to 4 main areas of the department:

  • Intercollegiate Athletics
  • The Fitness Specialist Program
  • Exercise Science
  • Health Education

Clicking on any of the buttons for those departments in the left-hand navigation bar will bring you to a new set of pages about that specific area. You will notice that the navigation bar will change to list the area you just clicked at the top of the bar. Under that will be pages specific to that area. And, under that will be links back to HES, as well as refers/links to the other main areas of the department.
