Description: Renovation of approximately 45,000 sf for the Engineering department including new space for HVAC/Refrig/ECT, Electricity, Electronics, Machine Technology, Manufacturing Engineering Technology, common areas and associated support space.
Location: Existing T Bldg. East of Faculty Parking Lot #1.

Comments: Design team has been selected and preliminary design meetings have been held with some of the building departments. Design stalled over Summer break 2009 but is expected to resume in Fall 2009, with construction planned to begin in June 2012.
