• Nutritional and Food: having groups bring in food and present on the dish. This shares and develops cultural pride and enhances knowledge of nutritional facts.
• Behavior Change Contracts
• Coopers Walk Test
• Symposium Participation (April 26, 2006)
• Current event topics for extra credit
• Real Life examples of what is being studied
• Individual presentations
• How Sex Sells in Advertising
• Global Topics—establishing email contact and the challenge inherent in that
• Starting a conversation with a stranger and learning that comes from  
top initiating that contact with a person unknown to you, and the many personal and societal benefits of doing this.
