1. Guideline based on performance Criteria i.e. California State Board of Cosmetology
2. Program Completion (Time-based)
3. Exit Exam-Success
4. Competent in accordance with CABBC
5. Professionally Successful

Tool-Develop a rubric measurement for evaluating a State Board Set

    • Staff develop guideline foe teaching practical skill i.e. State Board Set
    • Develop lesson plan/ technique/grading scale
    • Taught at all levels
    • Randomly select a student from each level
    • Assess practical skills performed (by committee of instructors)
    • Evaluate Outcome: Did it benefit the student or not?
    • Develop Student Feedback tool (Did this help the students?)
