Class Orientations
To schedule class orientations in the Independent Learning Center:
- For the daytime, call Betty at x3535
- For the evening, call Sean at x3418.
Software and Media Suggestions
Instructors with suggestions for Library, ILC and Multimedia purchases should contact the Library liaison for their subject area.
Instructors wishing to have software installed in their lab or in the ILC should submit their request to their academic dean by the deadline before the beginning of the semester. If instructors are requesting that software be installed in the ILC, they should also contact the ILC so that staff can better help the students.
Closed Captioning Requirements
The ILC adheres to ADA laws and regulations, therefore, instructors wanting to place videos or DVDs for student use must ensure they are close-captioned. The following listings are outside companies that may be contacted. The list is provided as help and should not be construed as an endorsement.
