Do you struggle with life and/or college stress? Do you feel like you are juggling too many things? You are not alone. College students often experience stressors while trying to balance the demands of their personal and academic lives. Without help, problems can intensify, impacting overall wellness and academic success. At the City College Mental Health Counseling Center (MHCC) we provide short-term mental health services and referrals to currently enrolled students at no cost. Our goal is to help students benefit fully from the college experience by supporting the personal, social, and emotional wellbeing of students. Our confidential and culturally sensitive services include counseling, crisis intervention, outreach and prevention. In addition, we provide consultation and referral services to students and faculty/staff.
