City College's Dean of Math, Engineering & Technologies, Armando Abina

has been selected to receive a Fulbright scholarship to study vocation and technical education in Germany. Only 25 educators from the United States received this opportunity. For 3 weeks, these educators will travel to high schools, industry sites and universities to view the German system of technical training, apprenticeships and job placement.
