Counseling Services
Academic, career, and personal counseling are provided in the Counseling Department in A-110. Services include academic skills assessment and development of a Student Education Plan (SEP), which outlines exactly what courses are needed for graduation and provides a checklist for requirements completed and remaining. Students should have official transcripts from other colleges on file and evaluated before seeking to obtain an official SEP. Students are advised to review the catalog and schedule for program and general information prior to meeting with a counselor. The Counseling Department offers college success and career planning through courses in Personal Growth listed in the schedule of classes.
