Goals
  1. Increase academic achievement and success of at-risk students by enhancing access to academic support services
     
  2. Increase the academic retention, persistence and success of Hispanic and low-income students by helping them clarify their career/educational goals and develop an appropriate educational plan
     
  3. Improve student retention, persistence and success by increasing professional development for all faculty and staff to enhance the quality of student services
     
  4. Improve student retention and timely program completion by implementing an academic management system that supports program development and review, budget planning, enrollment management, and course and facility scheduling
     
  5. Strengthen fiscal stability by building the College endowment to diversify and expand the College’s resource base and support institutionalization of the Title V program
