Philosophy:
The center is dedicated to providing outstanding academic support to both San Diego City College and Educational Cultural Complex college students who are seeking assistance. The ultimate goal is to assist each student in becoming an independent learner who will function successfully in the academic environment and achieve his or her academic goals.
