The Core is
required for the associate degree in all Business Studies
emphasis. All courses in the Core are articulated with San Diego
State University courses and some meet California State University
and University of California general education requirements. The
Core courses also meet all the District general education
requirements for an AS Degree except for the science
requirement. Business 119 also meets the Districts reading and
written expression requirement. To receive a degree in Business
Studies, the student must complete the Core and complete one of
the four emphasis. In Small Business Management the student has a
choice of one of three specialties. Real Estate does not offer a
degree option, only certificates of completion. |
