Excellent Opportunities for Men and Woman:
Both women and men have a long history of success in the photographic industry and great opportunities exist for talented photographers of both sexes.

  Departmental Tips:
* To complete assignments, students must have a 35mm camera with adjustable focus and controls. The department does not supply these cameras.
* Students should be ready to spend extra time both inside and outside of class to complete their assignments, and to spend whatever is needed for photographic supplies like film.
* New digital technology requires that photographic training include both traditional silver methods and digital imaging techniques.
* WEB page and Internet use is increasing in advertising and communications, creating great job opportunities for photographers familiar with the new technology
