Fitness Specialists
Fitness Specialists are trained as group personal trainers and group
exercise to design personalized exercise programs and establish
methods of healthy behavior for their clients. They analyze and
evaluate a client's physical condition, monitor weight training
exercises and provide nutritional evaluations and recommendations.
They also teach and demonstrate proper body movements and the correct
use of exercise equipment.
|
Experience:
A Physical Fitness Specialist
certificate is highly recommended as some employers allow formal
training to substitute for on-the-job experience. Prove ability is a
plus.
