The above SDSU website has scholarship information pertinent to community college students, too. Shawn Carter, aka Jay-Z, has partnered with the Benjamin A. Gilman scholarship to provide scholarships to help students study abroad.
American Councils for International Education: ACTR/ACCELS Eurasian Regional Language Program: Scholarships $5,000 - must have two years language training.
