All prospective and continuing students at City College are invited to ask GENERAL counseling related questions via email. Because of the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) e-counselors will only provide general information, and will not review or discuss personal information on a student's academic record via email. If you need to review your academic record please call the Counseling office to schedule an appointment or stop by the office to meet with a walk-in Counselor for a brief 10-minute session.
Emails will be answered Monday - Thursday only.
Due to the high volume of student emails it may take up to 2 - 4 business days to get a reply, especially during peak periods (registration/beginning of semester).
