San Diego City College has been named one of California’s top cybersecurity degree programs by Programs.com, highlighting the college’s leadership in preparing students for high-demand careers in cyber defense. The recognition reflects the strength, affordability, and workforce alignment of the college’s STEM-designated Bachelor of Science in Cyber Defense and Analysis, a program built around hands-on learning, real-world cyber operations, and industry-recognized frameworks. Offered online and in person at community college tuition rates, the program expands access to above-livable-wage careers while helping meet California’s growing need for cybersecurity professionals. This spring, the college will celebrate the graduation of its first cohort—marking a major milestone in its role within the state’s cybersecurity talent pipeline.
