Veterans Service Center
Mission Statement
The mission of the Veterans Service Center (VSC) is to provide a welcoming environment
for all veterans. The VSC is designed to serve both men and women from military transition
to the completion of their academic goals. The Veterans Service Center provides services
in three primary areas: academics, community and wellness.
Services include:
- Learning space and computer access
- Printing and copying services
- Academic, Career, and Personal Counseling
- Peer support and mentoring
- Referrals to both on and off-campus resources
- Information about receiving VA benefits at San Diego City College
- Networking events
- Coffee/Snacks/Refrigerator/Microwave

Connect with a VA Counselor:
Appointments are available in-person and virtually Monday through Friday. To schedule an appointment with a VA counselor, stop by our office in A-241 or call us at 619-388-3504. To meet with a counselor you'll need to have an active SDCCD application, pursue a City College major, and have copies of all transcripts of prior colleges attended.

Monday - Thursday: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM
