All outside users and groups must apply for and obtain a permit in order to use a school facility.

The Corporate Educational Center at San Diego City College offers four flexible rental spaces in the MS building in downtown San Diego, ranging from a 126-seat auditorium to classrooms for 20 to 40 people. Book a single room for a training or workshop, or reserve the entire center for conferences and large events.
WHAT'S INSIDE
A-Patio
The A-Patio is an outdoor campus event venue for up to 240 guests at 30 round tables, and it can also be set up with lecture-style seating. It suits receptions, community events, and outdoor ceremonies, and AV equipment is available upon request.
Harry West Gym
Harry West Gym is a large indoor venue that can run three volleyball or basketball courts at once. It also hosts martial arts events, jiu-jitsu tournaments, and twirling competitions. Bleachers are not included with the three-court setup, and AV equipment is available upon request.

When must payment be submitted?
Payment is due in full 2 weeks before the day of the event being held.
Is a deposit required to secure event space?
A deposit is not required for a hold to be placed on our facilities. A $25 non-refundable application fee is charged for all rentals.
Can we provide our own support staff?
No. City College Campus Facilities Department provides all support staff.
What is the largest space available on our campus?
Our Multipurpose Room (Room MS-140) can seat up to 104 people depending upon the set-up.
Lecture Hall (Room MS-162) seats 120 guests.
