Krishna Curry, a former NCAA All-American and Olympic trials qualifier, now leads the women’s cross-country team at San Diego City College with a mission far greater than medals. Her passion lies in using sports to teach resilience, discipline, and life-long healthy habits, while also championing equity and social justice. As the first African American head cross-country coach at City, Curry sees her role as part of a larger movement to uplift underrepresented communities.
