Affordable Student Housing Community Sneak Peek
San Diego City College’s new affordable student housing community, City Village, is redefining what it means to live and learn in the heart of downtown. Developed in partnership with The Michaels Organization and designed by TCA Architects, this modern, all-electric mid-rise will offer 283 apartment-style homes and 787 student beds at attainable rates well below typical university housing costs. Thoughtfully designed with students in mind, City Village will feature study lounges, tutoring spaces, wellness amenities, community kitchens, and a rooftop Sky Lounge overlooking the San Diego skyline. More than just a place to live, it is a community built to support student success, sustainability, and belonging.
