Be Well - Recognize Your Personal Wellness

Welcome to this year’s edition of Classified Appreciation Week! The theme for this year is “Be Well” — a time to recognize the importance of personal wellness in all its forms. Throughout the week, we’ll highlight activities and events that support mental, physical, and emotional well-being, while showing appreciation for the individuals who make our San Diego City College community thrive. The wellness sessions are being provided by the professionals at VEBA, one of the benefits providers with SDCCD. Take time for yourself, connect with others, and reset as we celebrate and recognize your work as valuable members of the City College family.

Keynote Workshop

We are excited to announce the inclusion of a keynote event on Tuesday led by Sonic Connections titled Music for Wellness. This special event is an immersive workshop that blends guided music-listening, personal reflection, and stress management tools. Participants will listen to music to de-stress and learn about research-supported life skills that boost both wellness and professional success! No musical background is required. Don’t miss it!
