Online Degree Programs

Not long ago, pursuing a college degree often meant choosing between school and other responsibilities such as working full-time or tending to family needs. Today, many colleges and universities offer fully online or hybrid degree programs that provide greater flexibility for students balancing school with work, family, and other commitments.
Online programs may be offered by public universities, private colleges, and institutions both within California and across the country. Many programs allow students to complete a bachelor's degree entirely online, while others combine online coursework with occasional in-person or hybrid experiences.
Each institution sets its own admission requirements and support services for online learners. Some online programs, such as SDSU Global Campus, allow students to access many of the same campus resources as students who attend classes on campus.
Counselors can help you explore online degree options and determine whether a program aligns with your academic goals and transfer plans.
